Is Catalina Arts and Media a Canadian company?

                Yes, it is a Canadian company located in Scarborough, Ontario (eastern Toronto)

 

Are the products offered for sale made in Canada?

        Yes, all products are from three Canadian suppliers: Two are located in Montreal                  Quebec, the third is located in Markham Ontario.

 

Why do some customer orders take longer to fulfill than others?

                Some of the products are presently kept in inventory and can be shipped directly after                  an order is placed.  Other products are on a custom order basis and are sent to the                      customer directly from the supplier, which usually takes approximately two weeks.

 

How do I know if an item of clothing will fit?

                There are size charts from the suppliers available on the ‘Wearable Art’ page.  Please                   consult these carefully before placing an order.

 

If I am not satisfied with my purchase, can I return it?

                If an item of clothing is custom-made, changing the size if not possible.  We strongly                    recommend carefully consulting the size charts.

What happened to the music catalogue?

                The art and music businesses of Catalina Arts and Media were separated.  This way                    each can be focused more effectively on their own area of interest.  The music                              catalogue can be found at www.catalinaartsandmedia.ca.
